Easy360 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules and Policies

This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the easy360 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services offered.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the easy360 platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the easy360 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

To use easy360's services, you must meet the following requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction from using online betting services.
  • Not registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity.
  • Hold only one active account at any time.

Easy360 reserves the right to verify the identity and age of any user at any time. Accounts found to be ineligible will be suspended and any related transactions will be reviewed.

Verification Required

All users are required to complete an identity verification process before making their first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a national identity card, passport, or other official documents issued by the Malaysian government.

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Account Creation and Management

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Users are responsible for keeping their account information current. easy360 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify any information provided.

Password Security and Login

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

Prohibited Conduct on the Platform

  • Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or inconsistencies in the system to gain unauthorised advantage.
  • Sharing your account or allowing another person to use it.
  • Engaging in any form of money laundering or fraudulent activity through the platform.
  • Placing bets or transactions designed to manipulate promotional terms.

3. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR

All transactions on the easy360 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is legally valid.

Deposit

Deposits are made via approved payment methods, including FPX and supported Malaysian e-wallets. Funds will be credited to your account once the transaction has been verified. easy360 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to completion of required security checks. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account in the user's name. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply.

Promotion Rollover Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by easy360 are subject to rollover requirements stated separately for each promotion. Users must fulfil the rollover requirements before any winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn. easy360 reserves the right to void bonuses if usage conditions are not met or if there are signs of promotion abuse.

4. Liability Limits and Account Suspension Policy

Platform Liability Limit

Easy360 provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from errors. To the extent permitted by law, easy360 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.

Easy360's maximum total liability to any user for any single claim is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user within the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension and Closure

Easy360 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that:

  • The user has violated any provision of these terms.
  • Registration information found to be false or misleading.
  • Account used for fraudulent activity or money laundering.
  • A request has been received from a relevant legal authority.

Users whose accounts are closed due to fraudulent activity are not entitled to recover any remaining balance in those accounts.

Voluntary Account Closure

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the easy360 support team. Prior to closure, all active bets must be settled and any remaining balance may be withdrawn in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to any outstanding rollover requirements.

5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, trademarks, interface designs, software, and other materials on the easy360 platform are the exclusive property of easy360 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, or exploit any such materials without prior written permission.

Third-Party Links and Services

The easy360 platform may utilise third-party services such as game software providers and payment processors. easy360 is not responsible for the privacy policies, security, or performance of such third-party services. Use of third-party services is subject to their own respective terms and conditions.

Changes to Terms and Laws

Easy360 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by Malaysian law and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
